It has always been serviced by another firm - until it did have a problem that they tried to fix over a 3 month period. They were not successful and finally abandoned me and would not return my calls. I contacted Carolina Power and Generators. They promised to send me their best technician - - and they did. He spent about an hour checking it out. He got it to run temporarily and did a service PM while waiting for the needed parts to arrive. Roger was the Tech who serviced our Generac and I was most impressed by his courtesy, professionalism and thoroughness. He explained an issue he found in my natural gas lines and recommended I get a second opinion. I checked it out with the gas company and they verified what Roger told me. It is all resolved now and I credit the Carolina Power and Generator staff for a superb job and friendly follow up. I am looking forward to their continued service.Load more
